Here I am creating a story about people encountering the origins of their own traces.

Pain, tragedies and trauma set mechanisms in motion before their birth, mechanisms that still shape how they live. Much has been repressed, hidden and left unspoken. But the tides of memory wash it back into the light.

Events shake their familiar reality. What once promised protection begins to fracture. And behind the evasions waits something that wants to be seen.

This world is growing through texts, drawings and moving images. The form it will take, film, graphic novel, novel or a combination, remains open.
